Legal Specialist

Our client, a Manufacturing MNC in Binh Duong is seeking for an experienced and proactive Legal Specialist to work independently, support cross-functions and report to the Head of Legal

Location: VSIP II, Binh Duong (shuttle bus provided if needed)

Schedule: 6 days / week

Reporting line: Head of Legal

Key Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functions and be a real business partner to others team advising on the legal aspects and risk
• Draft concise reports and legal summaries for leadership and internal use.
• Provide legal and compliance training to internal teams across departments.
• Collaborate on internal reviews or investigations involving regulatory or legal issues.
• Communicate with external law firms and government authorities when needed.
• Support business decisions by conducting legal research and assessing risk areas.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of compliance-related procedures and frameworks.
• Track legal and regulatory updates and evaluate their implications for operations.
• Negotiate, review, and prepare a variety of contracts and legal documents.
• Deliver timely, practical legal advice on corporate, contractual and regulatory matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of legal experience in Law Firm and in-house within Manufacturing, Industrial, Heavy or Automotive industry
• Education in Law, Lawyer Certificate is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management
• Sharp communication skills
• Full proficiency in English AND Vietnamese
