Senior Associate - Real Estate & Corporate M&A

Law Firm : International Location : Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh On-site, 1 day WFH / week

Our client, a foreign Law Firm that has been in Vietnam for more than 20 years is looking for a Senior Associate to join their human sized team in Thu Duc City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead lawyer on various legal transactions, particularly focusing on Real Estate including but not limited to Construction project and M&A deals.
• Provide strategic advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.
• Collaborate with Partners and guide junior Associates to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted legal advisor.
• Stay informed about industry trends and legal developments to offer proactive insights and solutions.
• Helped to grow the client base with Vietnamese clients.
• Mentor and support junior Associates, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  
  Qualifications:
• At least 5-7 years of Legal practice in Vietnam
• Qualified lawyer in Vietnam or another jurisdiction with strong experience in Law Firm in Vietnam
• Extensive experience in Real Estate, Corporate and M&A, from both transactions and advisory perspectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex legal matters.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
