What you'll do:
As Public Relations Director based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a central role in shaping how the organisation is perceived by its various audiences. Your day-to-day activities will involve designing robust communication strategies that reflect the company’s mission while responding proactively to emerging opportunities or challenges. You will be responsible for nurturing valuable connections with media outlets and key partners, ensuring that all public-facing materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with organisational values. By guiding your team through complex projects and supporting their professional development, you will help create an environment where everyone can contribute their best work. Success in this position means consistently delivering clear messages that resonate with stakeholders while protecting the company’s reputation during times of change or uncertainty.
* Develop and implement integrated public relations strategies that enhance the organisation’s reputation across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, industry stakeholders, and community partners to maximise positive coverage and manage information flow.
* Oversee crisis communication plans by preparing responses to sensitive issues, safeguarding the organisation’s interests while maintaining transparency and trust.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of PR professionals by providing guidance, feedback, and training opportunities that promote continuous learning and growth.

* Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with journalists, influencers, government officials, or other external stakeholders.
* Strong background in crisis management including preparation of statements under pressure and coordination of rapid response teams.
* Experience leading diverse teams by fostering an inclusive atmosphere where each member feels supported in their professional journey.
