What you'll do:

As a Livestream Host Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's livestreaming efforts. Your primary responsibility will be leading a team of talented hosts, providing them with the necessary tools and guidance to excel in their roles. You'll design efficient workflows and session formats that ensure consistency across all shows. Additionally, you'll work closely with internal teams to manage pre-show preparation, technical setup, and post-show wrap-ups. Your keen eye for performance metrics will help you track key KPIs and use this data to further enhance host performance.

• Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of livestream hosts across various brand categories.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to improve hosting techniques, product knowledge, and audience engagement.
• Design workflows, runbooks, and session formats to maximize host effectiveness and show consistency.
• Coordinate scheduling, content briefs, and show planning to ensure smooth livestream execution.
• Track key livestream KPIs (engagement rate, viewer retention, conversion, GMV) and use data to optimize host performance.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to align livestream scripts and tone with brand voice and campaign objectives.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Livestream Host Manager position brings a wealth of experience in the realm of live streaming or digital content creation. With at least 5 years under your belt—including 3 years in a leadership role—you have a proven track record of inspiring on-camera talent and creative teams. Your strong understanding of livestream platforms and trends will be crucial in this role, as will your excellent communication and organization skills. A strong network with KOL/KOC or Host livestream management companies would be a bonus.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Media or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Livestreaming, KOL/KOC or influencer management, media production or digital content—minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire on-camera talent or creative teams.
• Strong understanding of livestream platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Facebook Live etc.) and trends.
• Strong network with KOL/ KOC or with Host livestream management companies (preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization and performance coaching skills.
