Senior Brand Manager - Beverage
This role is responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining alignment with the brand’s vision, mission, and values. The ideal candidate will leverage consumer insights to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, trial, and consideration while building long-term brand equity.
What you'll do:
As the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and ensures consistent messaging across all touchpoints. You’ll lead the creation and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, trial, and consideration, while building long-term brand equity. Your role includes overseeing high-quality content creation that tells the brand’s story and highlights its unique value propositions. You’ll collaborate with the Consumer & Market Insights team to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape, using these insights to inform strategic decisions. In addition, you’ll lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, foster cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and customer service teams, and manage agency partners to deliver impactful creative and marketing strategies. You’ll also define KPIs, track performance metrics, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
What you bring:
With at least seven years of progressive experience in brand marketing or a related discipline, including a minimum of two years in a leadership role, you have a proven track record of building and managing successful brand and marketing strategies. Your experience spans both traditional and digital marketing channels, and you have a deep understanding of how to leverage each to build brand equity and drive consumer engagement.
You are a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of balancing big-picture vision with meticulous attention to detail. Your communication and storytelling skills are exceptional, enabling you to craft narratives that connect with diverse audiences and inspire action. You are also a strong project manager, adept at juggling multiple priorities and leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
