What you'll do:
As Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the company's market presence by designing and implementing robust channel strategies that drive both volume and value growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing initiatives, from pricing strategies to promotional campaigns. You will lead a dedicated team focused on activation, visibility, and POSM deployment while also managing critical projects that impact commercial success. - Oversee the general management of the Trade Marketing department, ensuring all activities align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Act as the main point of contact for coordination between trade marketing and other internal departments such as sales, controlling, operations, and accounting.
- Develop and execute comprehensive distribution channel strategies that maximise market reach and customer engagement across both modern trade and general trade channels.
- Design, implement, and monitor price strategies as well as overall promotion plans to drive sales growth while maintaining budgetary control.
- Lead the planning and execution of activation activities that enhance brand presence and consumer interaction at key touchpoints.
- Create and manage visibility campaigns including POSM (Point of Sale Materials) to ensure optimal brand exposure in retail environments.
- Conduct demand forecasting using S&OP processes to support accurate sales planning and inventory management.
- Coordinate the launch of new products by developing go-to-market plans in collaboration with commercial teams and external partners.
- Manage or co-manage large-scale projects within the commercial division, ensuring timely delivery against set objectives.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Commercial Director to support evolving business needs.
