What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our products across various distribution channels on a national level. You will be tasked with managing and developing these channels to meet our company's ambitious sales goals. Your role will also involve recruiting, motivating, developing, and managing a high-performing sales team. You will maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring they are well-informed about our products. Your ability to create long-term relationships and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction will be crucial in this role. Responsible for national sales of products
Manage and develop distribution channels
Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Recruit, motivate, develop and manage a high-performing sales team
Maintain account relationship with distributor on product selling
Create long term relationships and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction
Develop and plan Sales Strategies to enhance competitive position in the market
Establish and control pricing, pricing policy, sales margin
Ensure communication system between sales and support function is effective and timely
Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly while maintaining a good company image
What you bring:

Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration from recognised University
Eight-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Management in insulation or related industry
Written and spoken English Language to a high professional business level
Knowledge of building and construction industry in the region
Skill in construction decision process
Skill in interpersonal and human relation
