Business Development Manager - AdTech
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. What you'll do:
As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be promoting our client's Native Advertising solution to Vietnam agencies and advertisers. You will actively convert prospects into clients, achieving measurable business targets. Your excellent relationship-building skills will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with clients while identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will drive client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnership success. Additionally, you will identify and prioritize partners' new growth opportunities through market trend research, proposing innovative solutions to foster further expansion. Your role will also involve developing sales presentations and executing Vietnam market expansion strategies that optimize the market potential.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager position brings a wealth of industry experience in ad tech and digital marketing. With a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience under your belt, you have a good understanding of the online ad tech industry and its key players. Your proven track record of successfully generating new business opportunities and acquiring new clients in a highly competitive market speaks volumes about your capabilities. You are adept at cold-calling, relationship-building, and identifying untapped opportunities. Fluent in Vietnamese with excellent English language skills, you are able to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems with market trend access, delivering impact against concrete business goals.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2~5 years of industry experience in the ad tech, digital marketing
- Good understanding of the online ad tech industry and key players
- Proven track record of successfully generating new business opportunities and acquiring new clients in a highly competitive market
- Experience in cold-calling, relationship-building, and identifying untapped opportunities
- Native in Vietnamese, and ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically
- Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems with market trend access, as well as deliver impact against concrete business goals
