They are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to focus on industrial sales for food ingredients in the Local & Export Market. This role involves developing and executing sales plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth in the local and export markets. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans for the spices market. You will build strong relationships with key B2B clients, monitor market trends, adjust pricing strategies based on competitor activities, and provide valuable insights to senior management. In addition, you will collaborate with other departments to expand the product portfolio and ensure successful product launches.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecast sales quotas, and identify new business opportunities to achieve annual sales targets for the spices market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients in the spices industry.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjust pricing strategies, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market conditions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to expand the spice product portfolio, identify customer needs, and ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products.
  • Perform tasks assigned by senior management.

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in relevant fields, with experience in B2B sales

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
