They are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead their team of Key Account Executives (KAEs) in managing the company’s top accounts and driving aggressive expansion into Public and Private Hospitals. What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's business development efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to execute strategies that acquire new customers, particularly focusing on Public Hospitals and large Private Hospitals. You will lead market penetration efforts, ensuring that all activities align with company standards and exceed customer expectations. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you inspire and mentor your team of Key Account Executives (KAEs), promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration. You will also conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to develop talent within your team. A significant part of your role will involve strengthening relationships with key decision-makers through proactive engagement. You will demonstrate high accountability by swiftly resolving customer issues in collaboration with other teams. Lastly, you will drive deeper penetration of the company’s diagnostic menu by identifying upsell opportunities.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Sales Manager role brings a wealth of experience in IVD sales, including at least 2 years managing sales teams in healthcare. You have a proven track record of success in B2B healthcare sales, with a strong focus on execution excellence. Your fluency in English, both written and spoken, will be crucial in this role. A background in the diagnostics/lab industry with exposure to lab stakeholders will be highly beneficial. You possess technical knowledge of lab tests such as biochemistry and histopathology. As a leader, you inspire your team, make data-driven decisions, and lead by example. You take initiative, own outcomes, and deliver on commitments. - 5+ years in IVD sales, including 2+ years managing sales teams in healthcare.
