  • Develop engaging Vietnamese-language presentations tailored for local training sessions covering product information and technical specifications.
  • Establish and nurture a robust network of influential contacts involved in the construction process to maximise project opportunities.
  • Identify upcoming projects where flooring products can be specified, categorise them effectively, and maintain consistent follow-up through sales calls, demonstrations, meetings with stakeholders, sampling activities, and CRM updates.
  • Maintain an accurate project pipeline by updating activities in the CRM system on a timely basis to ensure seamless tracking of all business development efforts.
  • Gather critical market intelligence including competitor analysis, identification of main players, and assessment of market share to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create compelling presentations based on gathered market information to support internal strategy discussions and external client engagement.
