What you'll do:


As Country Sales Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business across Vietnam. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around identifying new customers—especially within the mom and baby segment in the south—while managing distributor partnerships with care and professionalism. You will have full ownership of the value chain, from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring that trading terms are negotiated effectively and budgets are allocated wisely. * Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to each channel within Vietnam, focusing particularly on expanding reach within the mom and baby sector in the southern region.
* Identify new business opportunities by building strong relationships with potential customers across various channels and nurturing these connections into long-term partnerships.
* Manage distributor relationships by providing clear guidance, support, and regular communication to ensure alignment with company objectives and smooth execution of sales plans.
* Oversee the entire value chain process from product introduction to final sale, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage.
* Negotiate trading terms with partners and distributors to secure mutually beneficial agreements that drive sustainable growth for both parties.
