Recruitment Consultant

What you'll do:

* Generate new client leads and present unique selling propositions
* Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business, culture and resourcing requirements
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
* Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns
* Provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs
* Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages

What you bring:

* 3-8 years of work experience full time in any field or job function in MNCs or internationally recognised companies
* Strong sales mindset with determination to succeed and to achieve KPIs
* Fluency or business level of English communication
* Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
* Team player mentality, self-motivation and resilience
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders
