What you'll do:

- Directly participate in negotiating and finalising major contracts while monitoring contract execution processes such as delivery schedules and receivables management.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service to deliver seamless service experiences for corporate clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to assess competitors’ activities and industry trends in order to recommend effective solutions for increasing market share and revenue growth.
- Design tailored incentive programmes and sales policies that address the unique needs of different B2B customer segments.
- Regularly report on B2B business performance to senior leadership while proposing actionable improvements based on data-driven insights.

- Showcase proven ability in building or scaling up B2B sales channels from inception or managing large-scale teams within similar industries as an added advantage.
- Display deep understanding of distribution models and specific characteristics of B2B commerce within sectors such as home appliances, consumer electronics or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
- Exhibit outstanding interpersonal communication skills alongside advanced negotiation capabilities essential for closing complex deals with corporate clients.
- Maintain an extensive network among enterprise customers or distribution partners which can be leveraged for mutual benefit.
- Be proficient in English for daily business interactions; additional fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Excel at using management tools such as CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint as well as data analysis platforms to track KPIs effectively.
