What you'll do:

As Head of Marine based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a central role in shaping the success of the marine department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve guiding your team towards operational excellence by upholding rigorous compliance standards while fostering meaningful connections with local authorities. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities within marine technical services—ensuring that every project meets customer expectations efficiently. What you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Maritime or Maritime Engineering or a related field is preferred; an MBA would be considered an advantage for this role.
  • A minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in a similar background within offshore or marine business environments is essential for success.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are required; proficiency in a third Asian language would be advantageous.
