Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your sales and application engineering skills in a challenging yet rewarding environment. You will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and establishing close working relationships with consultants and main contractors.

What you'll do:

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and creating sales opportunities. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you monitor and track the sales process, ensuring that targets are met. You will also be responsible for managing existing accounts with Contract Manufacturers, providing excellent customer service while growing these accounts. Furthermore, you will establish close working relationships with consultants and main contractors, fostering a collaborative environment that benefits all parties involved.

  • Identify and generate sales opportunities through the development of new and existing accounts.
  • Responsible for all sales activities, particularly retrofit sales in assigned area.
  • Monitor and track the sales process effectively to close the sales.
  • Establish close working relationships with consultants and main contractors for projects.
  • Manage, service and grow existing accounts with Contract Manufacturers.
  • Carry out on-site verification of warranty claims, spot measurement of AHU/FCU/CT, on-site supervision of retrofit projects.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Technical Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the build environment & HVACR industries. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues alike. As a results-oriented individual, you have a knack for defining problems and developing rational solutions independently. Your understanding of the sales culture in Northern Vietnam will be invaluable in this role. Above all, your ability to work effectively with others will ensure that quotes are completed on time and customers are satisfied.

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics).
  • 2-3 years of experience in build environment & HVACR industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to define problems, exhibit sound judgement, and take initiative to develop alternative solutions rationally and independently.
  • Ability to work with others in an effective manner.
  • Understanding of sales culture of Northern Vietnam.
