What you'll do:

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be entrusted with orchestrating the smooth operation of all supply chain activities from raw material sourcing through to final product delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that every link in the supply chain operates efficiently and effectively. You will be instrumental in developing staff capabilities through targeted training programmes while also driving process improvements that reduce costs without compromising quality or service.   • Ensure all employees within assigned departments receive appropriate education, training, competencies, and certifications necessary for their roles while supporting their ongoing development.
  • Develop succession plans for departmental personnel by nurturing talent and providing opportunities for advancement within the organisation.
  • Minimise overtime across all relevant departments by implementing effective resource planning strategies that balance operational needs with employee wellbeing.
