  • Manage colour development processes by coordinating with suppliers and tracking outcomes to guarantee consistency and excellence across product lines.
  • Prepare for biannual catalogue updates by negotiating competitive prices with suppliers while upholding quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor supplier quality performance through data analysis and regular assessments, identifying areas for improvement and supporting corrective actions as needed.
  • Guide suppliers in enhancing their internal quality systems by implementing robust control plans, conducting audits, and facilitating laboratory evaluations.
  • Support suppliers in advancing human responsibility within production environments by promoting best practices in environmental management systems.
  • Engage with partners and alliances to foster sustainable development initiatives that align with organisational values and industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to share insights, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement across all stages of yarn production.
  • Participate in collective activities such as team-building events and training sessions designed to strengthen interpersonal connections and professional capabilities.

  • Showcase proven leadership abilities by guiding teams or projects towards successful outcomes within complex supply chain environments.
  • Demonstrate fluency in both English and Vietnamese which allows seamless communication across diverse stakeholders;
