• Background working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) is highly desirable for understanding end-to-end supply chain dynamics.
• Familiarity with CW1 software is considered an advantage for streamlining documentation and workflow management.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor, train, coach, and evaluate team members’ performance to achieve departmental goals.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential for effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
