What you'll do:
As Customs Operations Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing all facets of customs operations within a leading logistics organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing financial outcomes for the department while ensuring that all multimodal logistics products operate seamlessly across various gateways. - Collaborate closely with other departments such as air freight, sea freight, and trucking operations to ensure integrated logistics solutions.

- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in customs clearance operations, ideally within fashion or lifestyle sectors.

- Hands-on experience managing air freight, sea freight, and trucking operations within a complex logistics environment.
- Background working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) is highly desirable for understanding end-to-end supply chain dynamics.
- Familiarity with CW1 software is considered an advantage for streamlining documentation and workflow management.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor, train, coach, and evaluate team members’ performance to achieve departmental goals.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential for effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong interpersonal abilities to build trust-based relationships internally and externally.
