What You’ll Do

Power BI Leadership

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Ensure seamless integration of Power BI with diverse data sources, maintaining data integrity and reliability.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.

AI Strategy & Implementation

• Lead the design and implementation & Identify opportunities of AI solutions (eg. using Microsoft AI services) to enhance business processes, customer experience, and decision-making.
• Deploy AI models for data analytics and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows.
• Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, continuously improving accuracy and relevance.

What You’ll Need to Apply

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Power BI/ AI Consultant or having track record in consulting business using experience in big data, data analytics and AI projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, SQL with proven experience in applying AI to enhance data system & customer experience
• Have a sharp, strategic mindset using AI & Data to propose innovative solutions towards the business process, customer experience

• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (business level of English is a must)
