Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vietnam Sales Manager to join their team in Ha Noi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to close 6-7 figure deals with large logos across 6-18 month sales cycles, sell to C-level stakeholders, and become an expert in value-based frameworks. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, influencing enterprise strategy, and building and executing 1-3 year account plans.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth. You will be responsible for closing significant deals with large logos over extended sales cycles. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to sell effectively to C-level stakeholders across multiple departments. Your deep understanding of procurement, legal, and security processes will be crucial in this role. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence enterprise strategy while building and executing long-term account plans. Comfortable operating at all levels within an organisation, you will quantify ROI and business outcomes beyond just features. Your ability to align cross-functional teams will support deal execution and customer success.

  • Close 6-7 figure deals with large logos across 6-18 month sales cycles
  • Sell to C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, CFO), across multiple departments
  • Become an expert in value-based frameworks (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of procurement, legal, and security processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing enterprise strategy
  • Build and execute 1-3 year account plans
  • Comfortable operating peer-to-peer with VPs and Directors
  • Quantify ROI and business outcomes, not just features
  • Align cross-functional teams to support deal execution and customer success
