What You'll Do

As our Chief Information Officer, you will be the strategic leader driving the digital transformation and technology innovation across the organization. You’ll play a critical role in aligning IT initiatives with business goals, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the company’s growth and innovation goals.
• Lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives, including infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, data governance, and cloud migration.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation.
• Oversee the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and IT governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a CIO or in a senior IT leadership role (C-level) ideally within the insurance/ insurTech/ financial services industry, managing a big team of IT.
• Sharp mindset towards business quality, able to handle complexity
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, emerging technologies & (ideally) insurance compliance
• Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and enterprise IT strategy.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and enterprise architecture.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
