Senior Digital Transformation Manager (Supply Chain)

About Company: Leading Global FMCG Company

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute the digital transformation roadmap for supply chain operation to align with business priorities.
• In charge of the whole implementation & deployment of digital projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and processes.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI of digital initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Digital Management/ supply chain transformation, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions
• Master’s degree in IT or Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in digital transformation roles.
• Experience with ERP, Agile, Lean Six sigma & data analytics tools
• Experience in FMCG is a plus, with strong knowledge of supply chain systemsand digital technologies.
• Proven leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Great communication skills (including English) & stakeholder management
