What you'll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive long-term financial strategies that are closely aligned with the overall objectives of the Group, ensuring sustainable growth and value creation.
- Establish robust KPI frameworks while delivering insightful performance analysis across various business units, product lines, and operational areas to support informed decision-making.
- Lead the annual financial planning process, including forecasting and scenario analysis, to ensure accurate projections and effective resource allocation.
- Oversee budget management and cash flow optimisation to guarantee efficient use of resources throughout the organisation.
- Optimise capital structure and cost of capital by evaluating funding options and managing relationships with financial institutions.
- Supervise liquidity management, working capital requirements, and financial risk mitigation strategies to safeguard organisational stability.
- Design, implement, and enforce strong internal control systems as well as enterprise risk management frameworks to uphold corporate governance standards.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and local legal requirements through diligent oversight of policies and procedures.
- Direct centralised accounting operations to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in financial reporting across all entities within the group.
- Deliver high-quality consolidated financial statements and management reports for presentation to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth audits and regulatory interactions.
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing finance and accounting teams by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives aimed at standardising financial systems, enhancing data integrity, and streamlining processes throughout the organisation.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields, ideally from international institutions.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including 5-7 years as Finance Director or CFO in large-scale organisations.
- Prior experience as Audit Director or higher at a Big 4 firm is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated proven success in developing and maintaining compliance, risk management, and corporate governance processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strategic thinker with resilience and strong problem-solving ability.
