Chief Financial Officer

A rare opportunity to lead as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has arisen at a fast-growing logistics group in Ho Chi Minh City. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape financial strategy, drive capital efficiency, and prepare the organisation for its next phase of growth, including a potential public listing.

What you'll do:

• Lead group-wide financial planning, budgeting, and reporting across multiple countries.
• Establish standardised frameworks for consolidation, intercompany accounting, and management reporting.
• Monitor performance through financial KPIs (revenue growth, EBITDA margin, cash conversion, ROCE).
• Deliver timely reports to the CEO, Board, and investors.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, treasury operations, and foreign currency exposure.
• Secure financing facilities and oversee disciplined capital allocation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/VAS, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team, upgrade ERP systems, and drive IPO readiness.

What you bring:

• 15-20 years' work experience in finance, with at least 3 years serving as CFO or VP Finance in international organisations; background in Logistics is a plus.
• Well-rounded experience in Finance, Accounting, Investor Relation and Fundraising required; with professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, CPA etc. preferred.
• Expertise in cash flow forecasting, working capital optimisation, and multi-entity treasury management.
• Experience in IPO preparation, fundraising, or listed-company finance is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
