Accounting Manager (multi-country scope)

A leading organisation is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations across Vietnam and APAC countries.This role offers great opportunity to lead regional financial and accounting alignment, optimize operational workflows, and play an expanded strategic role in core business operations.

What you'll do:

• Supervise daily financial reporting and accounting for the Vietnam office while maintaining oversight of records for the parent company, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all locations.
• Integrate monthly accounts from the local accounting teams into comprehensive group reporting, promoting collaborative efforts between regional teams.
• Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese accounting rules and tax laws by managing routine audits and keeping local operations aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare clear budget forecasts, track cash flow, and plan for future financial needs by sharing insights with executive leadership.
• Detect financial risks, cost escalation, and supply chain disruptions proactively to safeguard overall profitability.
• Oversee multi-entity accounting and inventory management using internal systems while developing custom tracking tools to maintain data accuracy.
• Serve as the primary liaison for day-to-day operations, coordinating HR, administration,and employee support services.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Possession of a valid Chief Accountant Certificate. Professional accounting certifications such as ACCA, CPA or CMA are highly regarded
• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading multi-country accounting and finance operations; prior experience in Vietnam and APAC markets strongly preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc).
• Experienced in leading operational workflows, including HR administration and office management.
• Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and expanding high-performing teams.
• Strong capability to align senior stakeholders and drive cross-country collaboration.
