Finance Business Partner Manager (Manufacturing)

A leading manufacturing organisation in Binh Duong is seeking a Finance Business Partner Manager to join their team. This role offers you the opportunity to bridge the gap between financial data and operational execution, directly influencing strategic decisions and driving continuous improvement across multiple business units.

What you'll do:

• Act as a hands-on partner to senior operational leaders including the Head of Department in operation, manufacturing and commercial by providing financial guidance and insight.
• Bridge the gap between corporate goals and departmental execution through collaborative engagement with cross-functional teams.
• Lead finance meetings with production teams, standardising business partner commentary and templates so insights are comparable across plants and business units.
• Drive financial evaluation of key strategic initiatives such as pricing, margin analysis, and efficiency projects that improve labour and material utilisation.
• Build and develop a high-performing business partnering team by coaching members, balancing workloads, prioritising tasks, and fostering capability growth.
• Train non-finance managers in manufacturing and supply chain on interpreting financial KPIs to enable better day-to-day decision making.
• Provide deep-dive analysis on plant metrics like labour efficiency, yield, throughput, identifying actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Lead reviews of pricing strategies, margins, cost-saving initiatives (labour/material), recommending corrective actions to address performance gaps.
• Drive performance management through monthly and weekly reporting of key metrics that promote accountability and ownership of improvement initiatives.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field is required for this position.
• 7-10 years of progressive finance experience including controlling, FP&A, and business partnering within large-scale manufacturing environments.
• At least 3 years of proven leadership or management experience demonstrating ability to motivate teams in complex settings.
• Experience using SAP or D365 ERP systems alongside advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability in finance business partnering by working collaboratively with operational and commercial teams to drive efficiency improvements.
• Exceptional communication skills enabling translation of complex financial data into simple actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• History of implementing new financial processes or business partnering systems within challenging environments requiring change management expertise.
• Team player mentality with capacity to inspire finance department members towards greater control, efficiency, and visibility.
• Strong organisational skills combined with analytical abilities for data-driven decision making; adept at multitasking under pressure.
