Commercial Finance Senior Manager (Global FMCG)

A world's leading FMCG company is seeking a talented Commercial Finance Senior Manager to join its high‑performing team in Ho Chi Minh City. Reporting the Head of Commercial Finance whilst managing a small team, you'll drive financial planning and analysis, partner with key stakeholders, and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the business.

What you'll do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support commercial growth.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders especially Marketing department, providing insights that shape commercial strategies.
• Evaluate projects and initiatives, measuring results and recommending improvements.
• Drive cost management and deliver clear, impactful reports to senior leadership.
• Enhance financial systems, processes, and compliance standards.
• Build financial awareness across teams through guidance and training.
• Collaborate on business cases for new products or market entries.
• Support digital tools and platforms that improve reporting and streamline operations.
• Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, presenting complex data in a clear, accessible way.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields.
• 8-10 years' work experience in commercial finance, ideally within FMCG or other fast‑paced environments.
• Proven track record in collaboration across functions, delivering results as both leader and team player.
• Advanced problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong business acumen, dynamic mindset, and great stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English is a must; international experience is highly advantageous.
