An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Finance Manager to join a leading multinational FMCG company, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a trusted business partner, you will provide financial leadership across manufacturing operations, CAPEX management, productivity programmes and continuous improvement projects, ensuring investment decisions are commercially sound and aligned with the company's long-term growth strategy.

What you'll do:
• Act as the key Finance Business Partner to the Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams, providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive manufacturing cost performance by analysing production variances, identifying cost optimisation opportunities and improving operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate, prioritise and govern CAPEX investments, including business case development, investment appraisal and post-implementation reviews.
• Lead financial analysis for productivity, cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and the wider supply chain.
• Provide meaningful financial insights on production costs, inventory, waste, capacity utilisation and operational KPIs to support business performance.
• Influence key business decisions through financial modelling, scenario analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls and reporting across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

What you bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification is highly regarded.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Operations Finance or Supply Chain Finance within a multinational FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing finance, including CAPEX management, standard costing, inventory management, cost control and operational performance analysis.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations leaders to drive business performance.
• Great communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, and advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI required.
