Finance Manager (commercial and manufacturing)

What you'll do:
- Oversee all finance team activities, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high standards of performance and professional growth within the department.
- Implement and maintain comprehensive financial management systems as well as robust internal control frameworks that align with both local regulations and corporate policies.
- Provide insightful input into company decision-making processes by ensuring resources are managed efficiently and effectively to support strategic goals.
- Ensure accurate and complete recording of all financial transactions in accordance with local accounting regulations as well as broader corporate requirements.
- Deliver timely financial management information and detailed reports to senior management, enabling informed business decisions at every level of the organisation.
- Monitor compliance with documented control procedures, local tax obligations, regulatory payments, and relevant accounting standards to mitigate risk and uphold integrity.
- Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, cashflow forecasts, annual financial statements, and year-end reports with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with commercial leaders to meet the company’s financial commitments while proactively managing cash flow for operational stability.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in local regulations—especially those related to corporate taxes and withholding taxes—and ensure full compliance at all times.
What you bring:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in accounting or financial management roles within reputable organisations, demonstrating consistent reliability in handling complex finance functions.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance is required; candidates holding CPA/ACCA qualifications or a Master of Finance degree will be highly regarded for their advanced expertise.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is strongly preferred as it enables seamless integration of processes across departments for greater efficiency.
- Experience working within industrial sectors would be advantageous but is not essential; adaptability across different industries is valued.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at both local and global levels to achieve shared outcomes.
- Proven track record of leading finance teams with empathy—fostering professional development while maintaining high standards of accuracy and accountability.
