Global Finance Supervisor – ERP Implementation (NetSuite)

A leading international logistics MNC is seeking a Global Finance Supervisor – ERP Implementation (NetSuite) to play a pivotal role in the company's finance transformation journey. This project-based position offers you the chance to work closely with the Global Finance Controller, supporting the implementation of Oracle NetSuite across multiple countries, ensuring finance requirements are captured, documented, and integrated into the new system at a global scale.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the design of global chart of accounts, document mappings, and support consolidation rules in system design.
• Validate and reconcile financial data during migration to ensure integrity.
• Support UAT by tracking issues and confirming compliance.
• Standardize processes with flow diagrams, procedures, and approval workflows.
• Liaise with consultants and stakeholders, providing updates and communication.
• Assist in training, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Capture finance requirements and integrate into NetSuite.
• Monitor controls, identify risks, and safeguard data integrity.
• Recommend best practices for multi-country operations.
• Provide dependable support throughout the project lifecycle.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; with CPA preferred.
• Proven ERP implementation experience (Oracle NetSuite) is required.
• 7-9 years of work experience in accounting roles with Regional or Global scope e.g. exposure to multi-entity/country reporting and group consolidations; experience working in a Finance Shared Services Centre / Global Business Centre is advantageous.
• Strong accounting knowledge and financial controls expertise.
• Advanced Excel and data validation skills for complex dataset management.
• Project management background and/or familiar with logistics industry is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with proactive communication for cross-department collaboration; Independent worker with strong deadline management; Team player who values knowledge sharing and support.
