A world-renowned organisation is seeking a Head of Finance Shared Services Centre (SSC) to join their Global Transformation team in HCMC. This pivotal role is crucial to shape and implement a Finance SSC for SEA region, shaping the efficiency, accuracy and consistency of finance operations across multiple countries. Reporting to the Global COO, this role will drive strategic change, foster collaboration among diverse teams, and ensuring best-in-class financial processes.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a comprehensive assessment of regional finance operations across multiple countries, covering processes, systems, and resources.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to centralize and standardize finance functions, driving efficiency and consistency.
  • Design and deliver a clear roadmap for implementing a finance SSC, with defined milestones, resources, and timelines.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, securing alignment and support for the shared services model.
  • Oversee the transition to SSC, ensuring smooth migration of finance functions, adoption of new systems, and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Drive change management initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Safeguard compliance with regulatory standards and embed best practices across finance operations.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance; MBA preferred.
  • Chartered Accountant (CPA/Chief Accountant); PMP certification a plus.
  • 10+ years in Finance Operations/Accounting with strong knowledge in compliance and risk management.
  • Proven success in setting up finance SSC, ideally across SEA/APAC region.
  • Strong track record in process improvement, project management, and leading change initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
  • Background in Services industry preferred.
