FP&A Manager (Global Manufacturing)

In this pivotal role, you will connect local operations with the regional team, leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. What you'll do:

• Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver insightful performance reports that shape strategy.
• Manage all OPEX and CAPEX reports, ensuring compliance with group standards.
• Develop and implement budget guidelines, templates, and timelines to streamline processes.
• Align with the Group on requirements and reporting standards.
• Prepare management review decks and maintain robust reporting systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives across financial processes.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or relevant fields.
• Proven FP&A and/or management reporting experience in a global manufacturing environment (full P&L management); experience in FMCG would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred); Power BI/report automation tools a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Organised, collaborative, and able to thrive under pressure; proven leadership qualities with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
