What you'll do:

As Technical Service Manager – Ruminants (Beef & Dairy), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of animal nutrition across Asia-Pacific. Your day-to-day activities will involve direct interaction with key stakeholders such as nutritionists, veterinarians, farm managers, consultants, sales teams, marketing professionals, and researchers. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and delivering bespoke technical solutions that drive value for beef and dairy producers. By participating in industry events—conferences, seminars, workshops—you will reinforce the organisation’s position as a market leader while expanding your own professional network. • Participate actively in regional conferences, seminars, customer meetings, workshops, and trade events to strengthen market leadership in beef and dairy nutrition.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive new business development initiatives, foster account growth, and ensure high levels of customer retention through dependable support.
• Contribute meaningfully to internal regional and global technical and commercial meetings by sharing insights and best practices relevant to APAC markets.
• Cooperate with ruminant customers, prospects, industry influencers, regional sales teams, marketing professionals, and researchers via both in-person and virtual engagement channels.
• Lead or contribute to technical projects, customer trials, and solution development focused on beef and dairy systems that address specific challenges within APAC production environments.
• Evaluate new business opportunities across feed additives, premix concepts, and commercial feed segments by providing expert guidance on product application and performance.
• Adapt global technical content and strategies to suit regional production systems, regulatory requirements, and unique market needs within Asia-Pacific.
• Train colleagues across the organisation to enhance their technical capabilities, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills through structured learning sessions.

• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Animal Science or Animal Nutrition with a strong focus on ruminant (beef or dairy) nutrition is essential for this position.
• Comprehensive understanding of feed additives including phytogenics, yeast derivatives, organic trace minerals, enzymes, direct-fed microbials, amino acids, functional ingredients as well as premix concepts.
• Proven practical experience in beef or dairy production systems ideally within APAC markets enables you to provide relevant advice tailored to local conditions.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills combined with effective communication abilities allow you to build trustful relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams on commercial activities supports business growth objectives.
• Experience supporting commercial teams through sales-driven technical activities is highly desirable for maximising impact across multiple segments.
• Willingness—and ability—to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout APAC ensures you can engage directly with stakeholders wherever they are located.
