- • Be empowered to influence organisational culture by providing training, developing policies, and collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to create a transparent and ethical supply chain.
What you'll do:
As a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager based in Vinh Long with dual-site responsibilities in Binh Duong, you will play a central role in shaping the ethical direction of the organisation’s manufacturing operations. You will coordinate complex audit schedules across multiple standards—ranging from environmental certifications to supply chain security—and act as the primary liaison for auditors. By standardising policies and procedures across sites and establishing effective dashboards for management oversight, you will ensure that every aspect of compliance is meticulously tracked. Your ability to train others will be crucial as you empower factory teams through targeted learning sessions on everything from audit protocols to grievance handling. Regular reporting to senior leadership will keep everyone informed of progress while your recommendations drive ongoing improvements. Through prompt responses to customer queries and proactive risk mitigation strategies, you will help safeguard the company’s reputation while fostering a culture rooted in transparency and accountability.
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility frameworks across all factories to ensure adherence to customer requirements and international standards.
- Standardise policies, procedures, audit agendas, corrective action plans (CAPA) governance, and evidence management systems to maintain consistency in compliance practices.
- Establish robust compliance dashboards for regular management reviews that provide clear visibility into audit results, risks, overdue actions, and systemic gaps.
- Coordinate and manage all audits, assessments, certifications, and disclosure processes—including social compliance, environmental standards, supply chain security (C-TPAT), FSC/PEFC certifications, carbon footprint reporting, insurance assessments, and customer-specific programmes—ensuring timely completion at the correct sites.
- Act as the main point of contact for auditors during external audits; lead CAPA deadlines; review root cause analyses; prepare evidence submissions; and secure internal approvals before presenting findings to customers or certification authorities.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for factories and related departments on customer standards (including renewals), due diligence protocols, traceability requirements, audit preparation techniques, grievance handling procedures, ethical conduct expectations, security measures, and sustainability reporting.
- Report regularly to senior management on compliance risks, audit outcomes, overdue actions, critical issues raised by customers or authorities, and recommend resource investments or process improvements as needed.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer requests for information or documentation to minimise reputational risk associated with slow responses or inconsistent data.
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting gap assessments between increasing customer demands and factory capabilities; implement ongoing training initiatives; enhance CAPA quality; improve transparency in documentation; and strengthen supply chain data integrity.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal departments (such as production teams) as well as external partners (customers, service providers, assessment bodies) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout all compliance activities.

Your meticulous approach ensures no detail is overlooked whether preparing documentation or reviewing CAPA submissions. Above all else your commitment to ethical conduct sets an example for others while your ability to collaborate across functions helps build consensus even when faced with challenging timelines or evolving standards.
