MAINTENANCE MANAGER Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: Binh Duong

We're supporting our client - a global manufacturer of labels and packaging solutions, serving customers across international markets.

The Role
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance function at a manufacturing facility in Binh Duong. The role will oversee equipment maintenance, engineering projects, facilities and utilities, while driving equipment reliability, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
You will manage a multidisciplinary engineering team and work closely with the wider operations leadership team to ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective manufacturing operations.

What you'll do
• Lead the Engineering/Maintenance team across maintenance, engineering projects, process improvement, electrical/electronics, facilities and utilities.
• Develop and manage the maintenance and repair budget, ensuring effective support while optimising costs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programmes and equipment troubleshooting to maximise equipment availability, capacity utilisation and production performance.
• Manage production assets throughout their lifecycle, including acquisition, modification, tracking and obsolescence.
• Ensure compliance with engineering procedures, maintenance standards and HSE requirements to support safe and sustainable operations.
• Lead technical projects, equipment upgrades and the qualification of new machinery and products, including DQ, IQ and PQ.
• Coordinate technical knowledge transfer from internal engineering teams, global operations and suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing SOPs, best practices and training programmes, including TPM, Lean Six Sigma and Minitab.
• Lead performance management, training and development, career planning and succession planning within the Engineering team.
• Work as part of the Engineering Leadership Team to build a strong World Class Manufacturing culture.

What you bring
• 5+ years of experience in a similar Engineering/Maintenance management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, production planning and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment reliability, facilities and utilities.
• Experience managing engineering projects and technical improvement initiatives.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong people management, leadership and team development skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Experience with TPM, Lean Six Sigma and/or Minitab is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage, particularly when working with global teams.
