  • Develop and lead high-performing teams, including capability building, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inefficiencies, rework, and claims.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project operations within MEP, construction, or industrial environments.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale, end-to-end project execution at a senior level.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in cost control, margin management, and productivity improvement.
  • Solid experience in subcontractor management and external partner governance.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in complex environments.
  • Experience in driving change, transformation, or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong focus on safety, compliance, and risk management.
  • Resilient, hands-on, and able to balance strategic thinking with execution.

What’s Offered

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
