A global industrial solutions provider is seeking a Head of New Installation to lead MEP project operations across Vietnam and Cambodia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, cost, and delivery while supporting sustainable business growth and operational performance.

You will play a critical role in strengthening execution discipline, improving productivity, and building a high-performing operations team, while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder alignment across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of MEP installation projects across Vietnam and Cambodia, from planning through execution, testing, handover, and closure.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and contractual commitments.
• Drive operational excellence through productivity improvements, cycle time reduction, and resource optimization.
• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards across internal teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and technical standards.
• Establish and manage subcontractor governance frameworks, including performance tracking, accountability, and risk control.
• Oversee cost management and margin performance at both project and portfolio levels.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Service) to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage escalations with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders in a solutions-oriented manner.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams, including capability building, succession planning, and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inefficiencies, rework, and claims.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in project operations within MEP, construction, or industrial environments.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale, end-to-end project execution at a senior level.
• Strong business acumen with experience in cost control, margin management, and productivity improvement.
• Solid experience in subcontractor management and external partner governance.
• Strong leadership capability with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
