About the Company
We're supporting our client, a global footwear manufacturing company specialising in Shoe Last production for leading international brands.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Production Manager - Shoe Lasts to lead the end-to-end production operation at the Dong Nai facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production leader with a background in footwear, plastics, PU, or CNC manufacturing to join a stable international organisation with opportunities for training and career development.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end Shoe Last production process, including block moulding, CNC rough milling, SF6 finishing, pin drilling, patching, finishing, QC, packaging, and warehouse delivery.
• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production output.
• Lead and coordinate employees across three shifts, including supervisors, shift leaders, and production operators.
• Train and develop operators in CNC, SF6 finishing, pin drilling, and finishing processes in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure production meets required lead times, maintain product quality in line with customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, international Best Practices, LDR, Last codes, and data packages, including 3D data, specification charts, and 2D templates.
• Coordinate closely with Headquarters and Model Room teams to ensure smooth production and development processes.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of key equipment, including CNC machines, SF6 finishing equipment, block moulding machines, and pin drilling stations.
• Drive initiatives relating to productivity, energy saving, 5S, workplace safety, recycling, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report key production indicators, including output, quality, overtime, and productivity, using data to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements
• College or University degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of production management experience, preferably within footwear, plastics, PU, CNC, or related manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of Shoe Last production processes, tolerance requirements, specification charts, data packages, and international SOPs.
• Proven experience managing production teams across multiple shifts.
• Strong leadership, production planning, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Experience implementing manufacturing best practices, including 5S, safety, energy saving, and recycling initiatives.
• Basic English communication skills or above, with the ability to work with international stakeholders.
• A collaborative and dependable leadership style, with a strong focus on team development, quality, and operational excellence.
