Store Development Director

This role is to Lead end-to-end store development in Vietnam, from site selection to opening. Drive expansion strategy, negotiate leases, manage budgets, and ensure projects meet brand standards, sustainability goals, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with construction, design, legal, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric retail spaces on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full lifecycle of store projects

• Identify and secure prime locations through market analysis

• Negotiate leases and manage landlord relationships

• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines

• Ensure compliance with regulations and brand guidelines

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously across regions

• Mentor team members and foster collaboration

Requirements:

• Extensive retail store development/real estate experience

• Proven track record in large-scale project delivery

• Strong negotiation and project management skills

• Knowledge of local regulations and sustainability standards

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities

• Fluency in English
