About the Role

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a high-potential Business Integration Associate to join the General Director's Office.

This role is designed for future business leaders who aspire to build a broad understanding of business operations across manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, finance, and strategy. Working closely with the General Director and senior leadership team, you will support strategic initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of strategic and cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and business functions.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely execution, and effective communication across departments.
  • Prepare business analyses, management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support decision-making.
  • Monitor KPIs, project progress, risks, and action plans; follow up to ensure successful execution.
  • Support business transformation initiatives, including operational excellence, cost optimization, process improvement, and new product introduction.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, track key decisions, and drive follow-through on organizational priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization to enhance business performance and efficiency.
  • Partner with department leaders and the General Director's Office to solve business challenges and support strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, business planning, finance, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong ownership, learning agility, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualifications are advantageous but not required.
