About the Role
We're supporting our client – a global leader in elevator and escalator – in identifying a new Head of Delivery Operations to lead project delivery across Vietnam. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across installation, project management, safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance while developing a high-performing operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations leader with a strong technical background who enjoys leading large-scale projects, improving business performance, and developing people.

Key Responsibilities
Safety & Quality
• Champion a strong safety-first and quality-driven culture across delivery operations.
• Ensure compliance through regular site, process, and safety audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across installation activities.
Operations & Project Delivery
• Lead safe, efficient, and high-quality installation operations.
• Plan installation capacity and optimise workforce and resource utilisation.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and in line with company standards.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and change orders.
Business Performance
• Monitor project profitability, operational KPIs, and portfolio performance.
• Lead regular operational and project portfolio reviews.
• Forecast resources, installation capacity, and project pipeline.
• Drive operational improvements and implement company initiatives.
Customer Management
• Build a customer-centric culture across the organisation.
• Manage key customer relationships, escalations, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor customer feedback and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop project management and installation teams.
• Ensure employees and subcontractors are properly trained and certified.
• Build team capability and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in operations, project management, or installationmanagement within engineering, construction, industrial, or technical environments.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably within a multinational or matrix organisation.
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of:
o Project management
o Installation and field operations
o Safety and quality systems
o Resource planning and capacity management
o Financial and operational performance management
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
