Senior QA Manager

About the Role A global leader in electronics manufacturing is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to drive quality excellence across design, manufacturing, suppliers, and customer interfaces. This permanent role offers the chance to lead a high-performing team, ensure ISO9001/ISO14001 compliance, and champion continuous improvement in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Vietnam quality team, ensuring ISO9001/ISO14001 compliance and ongoing improvement.

• Develop and report monthly KPIs to management with actionable insights.

• Oversee audits, corrective actions, and customer complaint resolution.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).

• Implement risk-based decision-making to strengthen processes and products.

• Promote a culture of quality and operational efficiency across the organisation.

• Manage reliability programmes throughout product lifecycles.

• Design and deliver internal training to enhance quality knowledge and practices.

What You Bring

• Strong background in electronics manufacturing and quality management.

• Proven success leading ISO9001/ISO14001 audits.

• Expertise in quality tools: 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, CPK, Gauge R&R.

• Experience with IPC-610 standards and semiconductor manufacturing environments.

• Advanced knowledge of reliability concepts (Weibull, bathtub curve, lifecycle analysis).

• Excellent communication skills in English; adaptable and collaborative.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.
