What you'll do:

As a Quality Manager based in Ha Noi, you will be entrusted with overseeing a wide range of responsibilities that are crucial to maintaining the highest standards of product quality.   • Manage and communicate all activities related to product accreditation and regulation, including food contact requirements and local product quality regulations, ensuring compliance at every stage.
  • Oversee the management of product specifications and customer requirements by conducting monthly reviews of quality assurance data from both internal and external suppliers.
  • Maintain day-to-day contact with customer quality departments, acting as a dependable liaison to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently by preparing detailed reports for customers and accreditation bodies, fostering trust through transparent communication.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and customers to propose and implement changes in product composition that meet evolving consumer needs.
  • Organise and lead AFNOR audits as well as customer audits, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up actions for continuous improvement.
  • Undertake benchmarking activities for products to evaluate performance against industry standards and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Support and promote the Group Quality strategy by championing integrity throughout all processes and encouraging communal responsibility among team members.
  • Perform internal product tests as required, ensuring accuracy in results and adherence to established protocols.
  • Act as a representative of the management system during presentations to customers, demonstrating commitment to high-quality standards.
