We're currently hiring for a global retailer with a well-established sourcing and quality network across Asia, supporting responsible sourcing and quality assurance initiatives throughout the region.

About the Role
An excellent opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist to support Responsible Sourcing and Quality Assurance programmes across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Working closely with regional QA teams, suppliers, factories, and third-party service providers, you will help ensure consistent programme execution, monitor compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support regional sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the implementation of Responsible Sourcing and Quality Assurance programmes across Vietnam and other assigned Southeast Asian countries.
• Conduct factory visits, programme assessments, report reviews, and on-site observations to evaluate programme effectiveness.
• Follow up on corrective actions and identify opportunities to improve programme execution and supplier performance.
• Monitor and assess third-party service providers to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with programme requirements.
• Support supplier onboarding, factory readiness reviews, sourcing expansion, and regional QA projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and regional stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience in Responsible Sourcing, Social Compliance, QA, or a related field.
• Good understanding of social compliance audit processes and standards.
• Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred
• 5+ years' experience in social compliance auditing or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with BSCI, SEDEX, RBA, or WRAP standards.
• Knowledge of Excel Macros or VBA.
• ISO 9001 and/or SA8000 certification.
• Experience within a retail or consumer goods environment.
