Regional Head of Depot/ ICD (GM Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional depot strategies aligned with global objectives and local market needs.
• Lead depot and ICD growth initiatives, including new depot development and service innovation.
• Oversee pricing, business cases, P&L performance, and investment decisions.
• Drive operational excellence through asset optimization and vendor management.
• Partner with sales teams to strengthen value propositions and achieve growth targets.
• Ensure alignment between country operations, regional leadership, and global standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop depot management teams across the region.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in depot, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in managing and developing depot businesses, including new facility development.
• Strong expertise in depot services, asset management, and operational optimization.
• Solid P&L management and commercial acumen.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service contracts.
• Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
