COO (Furniture Sourcing)

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is to support the CEO in scaling and developing the business from a small–medium enterprise into a stronger market player. The COO will oversee production and operations, with direct reports from the Production Director and Operations Director. This role requires an entrepreneurial leader with proven experience in Vietnam’s furniture sourcing market, capable of driving efficiency, innovation, and delivering outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Production and Operations Directors to ensure seamless execution of sourcing and manufacturing strategies.
• Optimise supply chain and sourcing models to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendor partnerships in Vietnam and internationally.
• Launch and upgrade systems, processes, and tools to drive operational excellence and scalability.
• Monitor and manage both revenue growth (top line) and profitability (bottom line).
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing insights and innovative solutions to support expansion.
• Drive entrepreneurial initiatives to scale operations, improve efficiency, and elevate customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, sustainability goals, and quality benchmarks.
• Represent the company externally with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in furniture sourcing and supply chain management within the Vietnam market.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational detail and big‑picture business goals.
• Supportive leadership style, fostering collaboration and team development.
• Ability to travel frequently between Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, and vendor sites.
• Strong financial acumen to manage P&L, cost optimisation, and revenue growth.
• Customer‑centric approach, with a focus on delivering superior customer experience.
