General Manager - Logistics

Key Responsibilities * Business Growth: Drive strategy, win new customers, and expand across key industries. * Operations: Oversee transport, warehousing, and distribution; improve efficiency, cost, and scalability. * Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams; set KPIs and drive a strong performance culture. * Financial Management: Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies. * Customer Management: Manage key accounts, ensure service excellence, and lead major negotiations. * Compliance & Standards: Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 15+ years in contract logistics; strong warehousing & transport expertise
• 8+ years in GM/Country leadership roles
• Extensive Vietnam market experience; SEA exposure preferred
• Strong commercial, operational, and strategic capabilities
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus
