President - COO

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee a workforce of 200+ employees, strengthen leadership and operational processes, and drive execution of the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to execute strategic and operational priorities.
• Lead and align teams across Operations, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, HR, IT, and Customer Success.
• Build scalable systems, processes, and leadership structures to support future growth.
• Drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Manage forecasting, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead international teams and ensure strong customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably as a President or COO.
• Experience leading large, multi-functional teams in high-growth organizations.
• Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural environments.
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is an advantage.
• Background in engineering, technical services, construction, manufacturing, or similar service-based industries is preferred.
