Plant Director

Lead one of Vietnam’s largest pharmaceutical sites, overseeing all plant functions. Drive operational excellence, ensure GMP/PIC/S/ISO compliance, and inspire cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end plant operations: production, quality, engineering, supply chain, HR, and EHS.

• Ensure strict compliance with international regulatory standards.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Shape plant strategy, lead expansion projects, and align with global business goals.

• Build strong leadership teams, mentor managers, and foster collaboration.

• Deliver on KPIs across quality, output, safety, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field.

• 8–10+ years in senior pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership.

• Experience managing large-scale factories in multinational settings.

• Strong knowledge of GMP/PIC/S/ISO standards and quality systems.

• Excellent English communication skills; proven ability to lead diverse teams.
