HRBP Manager (Retail)

• Oversee HR operations for a workforce of 400+ employees across multiple retail locations.
• Develop scalable HR processes to support ongoing business expansion.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development teams.
• Coach and support managers in building high-performing, engaged teams.
• Promote the organisation's sports culture and employee development initiatives.
